ETA’s QTvan Mini Caravan

This is one of the coolest mini camper’s in existence!

It was designed by Yannick Read of the Environmental Transport Association, an ethical motoring organization and sustainable travel lobby group in the UK.  They created this mini camper as part of their “Green Transport Week” (June 16-24)

This Caravan can be pulled by a conventional bicycle, electric bicycle or electric scooter.  If using electricity from a sustainable provider, this ensemble would be entirely carbon neutral.

It features a full-sized single bed, 19” television, radio, alarm clock, book shelves, drinks cabinet and tea-making facilities.

Optional accessories include solar roof panels, satellite dish, gaming console, central heating, external luggage rack, bespoke paint.

Regardless of the amazing accessories and versatility of this wonderful machine, how many people can say they’ve towed their camper with their bicycle?  Imagine the possibilities!

  1. So cool! But is there a stove/water tank? I’m guessing no, if it wasn’t mentioned. I suppose a small wood burning stove can be pretty compact and if you’re biking, but it would be nice if that was somehow included

    • Hi Kasper. I e-mailed the company to find out if this camper is available for sale, for how much, and where it can be purchased. When I hear back, I will post a response. Thank-you for your interest. Janna.
